I ordered this thinking it would line up easily, it definitely did not. The holes were off enough that it wouldn’t sit right on my truck from the start.
I ended up spending way more time messing with it than I expected, I still couldn’t get it to look completely straight. For what it cost, I really didn’t think I’d need to drill and fight with it that much.
Maybe I just got a bad one, but the fitment was poor in my case. I wouldn’t buy it again based on how much hassle it was.

Overall the kit was decent, but mine showed up missing two bolts, so I had to improvise a bit to get everything together. Not a huge deal in the end, but kind of annoying. Has anyone else had this happen with theirs, or did I just get unlucky?

At first glance the site looks clean, so I thought it would be easy to use. But once I actually started looking around, it got a little frustrating. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to Click way too much just to find basic product details.
It was even more annoying on my phone. A few sections didn’t line up right, and the menu felt kinda clunky instead of smooth. The design is fine, but the actual usability Needs some work. I expected it to be a lot easier

I ordered this thinking it would show up quickly, but the delivery took much longer than I expected. The tracking hardly updated, so I kept checking with no real idea of where it was. The product may be fine, but the shipping experience definitely didn’t match what I thought I was getting.

My order did arrive and everything was in good shape, so no real complaints there. The only thing was that the shipping updates were a bit inconsistent, and it took a little longer than I expected. Overall, it was a decent experience, I just would’ve appreciated a clearer idea of where things were during fulfillment

I had a quick question before placing my order and they actually got back to me fast, which was nice because I hate waiting around. Most of the help was clear and friendly, though one of the replies felt a bit blunt, not a huge deal but I did notice it. Overall, helpful and I’d say the service was good.

To be fair, the item itself was okay, but the packaging was kind of a mess. The box showed up crushed, the tape was loose, and everything inside was sliding around like it hadn’t been packed very securely

I ordered the part from Rago Fabrication the quality seemed decent when it showed up. But once I started installing it, it got annoying fast. The directions felt bare, and I kept having to guess what they wanted me to do next, which made the whole thing feel like I was begging the instructions to just give me one clear answer.
It did fit eventually, so I’ll give it that, but it took way longer than I had planned and left me irritated by the end. For what it cost, I expected the process to be a lot smoother. It’s not a bad product, but the install experience definitely left some resentment behind.

It works fine and I was not really have any issues with it, but for the price, I just don’t think it was worth it. I expected a bit more for what I paid.
